SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Magflow. This shipping policy outlines everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your order. If you have any questions, please contact us at magflow.admin@gmail.com and we'll get back to you within 1–2 business days.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase (Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to all states and territories within Australia, Europe and the United States of America.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
The following are estimated delivery timeframes once your order has been dispatched. These are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs processing and peak delivery periods.

Please note that delivery timeframes begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase. Processing time of 1–3 business days applies before dispatch.
International shipping should also generally be delivered within 15-2 business days for most products.
SHIPPING COSTS
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to Australia. There are no minimum order requirements and no hidden fees at checkout.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order in real time. You can also track your order at any time by visiting our tracking page at magflow.com.co/tracking and entering your order number or tracking number.
Please allow 3–5 business days after receiving your dispatch email for tracking information to become active in the system.
DELAYS & CIRCUMSTANCES OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
Magflow is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, extreme weather events, postal strikes, customs delays, or high-volume periods such as Christmas and Black Friday. We will always do our best to communicate any known delays as soon as possible.
LOST OR MISSING ORDERS
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 consecutive business days, or if your order has not arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, please contact us at magflow.admin@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate promptly and either reship your order or issue a full refund within 48 hours of confirming the issue.
INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. Magflow is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error in your address immediately after ordering, contact us at magflow.admin@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
